Scheduled to open in 2019, Element Dubai Al Sufouh will cater to today’s savvy and environmentally conscious travellers. The hotel will offer both business and leisure guests 330 light-filled rooms and an atmosphere designed to fuel a life in balance and on the move.

“We are delighted to sign a new Element hotel with La Vender Real Estate and further strengthen the brand’s pipeline in the UAE,” said Guido de Wilde, senior vice president, regional director, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Middle East. “Element Al Sufouh will present business and leisure travellers in the UAE with an appealing option for short and long stays by offering an energising environment, great design and everything guests need for smart, sustainable living.”

Element Dubai Al Sufouh will feature 330 spacious studios and one-bedroom suites, with fluid design of modular furniture, fully equipped kitchens, the signature Bed and spa-inspired bathrooms. Hotel amenities will include food and beverage outlets including the Restore gourmet pantry, fast and free wi-fi, a state-of-the-art 24-hour fitness centre, two swimming pools and a spa.  Furthermore, the hotel will offer meeting space with modular furnishings, a flexible layout and state-of-the-art technology that can be customised to meet any business or social needs and a fully equipped business centre.

A recognised industry leader in the eco-space, Element offers travellers a fresh interpretation of the traditional hotel experience with natural light, modern design, healthy options and eco-minded sensibilities.

The hotel will be located in the Al Sufouh area, in close proximity to the city’s major highway Sheikh Zayed Road and Dubai’s premier shopping and entertainment destination, Mall of the Emirates. The property will be the tallest building of a part of a master development with 39 floors and views of the Arabian Gulf and the iconic man-made island, Palm Jumeirah.

“The Element brand is enjoying unprecedented growth and is on track to more than double its global portfolio in the next three years,“ said Neil George, senior vice president Acquisitions & Development, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Africa and Middle East. “Element Al Sufouh marks our fifth Middle East signing this year under our select-serve brands, reinforcing the strong demand for mid-market hotel development in the region.”

Sultan Al Zarooni, managing director of La Vender Real Estate added: “The Element brand is an industry leader in the eco-space. The extended-stay experience at the Element Dubai Al Sufouh is perfect for business and leisure travellers visiting for short or long periods.” - TradeArabia News Service
