Six Senses Integrated Wellness Programme is an innovative wellness concept at the heart of which lies the wellness screening. The screening is a 20 minutes consultation which enables Six Senses wellness experts to look at each guest individually and scientifically measure and analyse key physiological biomarkers of health including body composition, metabolism, oxygen distribution, heart function and circulation, as well as stress parameters.
Based on the screening scores, the wellness expert will recommend a personalised wellness programme including selected spa treatments, nutritional advice and a series of fitness and wellness activities to help guests achieve their goal.

The Integrated Wellness Programme includes one personalised spa treatment and one personalised wellness activity per day and guidance from the wellness expert at Six Senses Spa at Al Bustan Palace.
 
One-day and three-day bespoke programmes are available, with prices starting from OMR146 ($378) for a one-day programme inclusive of lunch at Six Senses Spa at Al Bustan Palace.

To complete their objectives and adjust their fitness routine, guests make use of the hotel gym located at the fitness and recreation center, where fitness coaches are available to assist from 9am to 6pm. Ladies can attend some of the yoga, zumba or steps group classes offered in the fitness studio at Six Senses Spa, or request a personalised yoga session with the spa’s own yogi master, for an in-depth relaxation journey.
