Sayed Tayoun joins InterContinental Hotels in Dubai Festival City as area director of sales and marketing.

Tayoun brings with him 15 years of hotelier experience and an extensive commercial background. A Lebanese national, he originally started his career in Beirut and has held several leadership roles with IHG in the region.

Previously, he was leading the sales and marketing function for the IHG portfolio in Abu Dhabi, based at the Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi Yas Island. Over recent years, Tayoun has received various recognitions and awards, most recently the coveted “Commercial Leader of the year" for IHG in India Middle East and Africa. In his new role, Tayoun will focus on leading Dubai Festival City properties in marketing and sales business strategies.
