Leading hospitality group Dusit Hotels and Resorts has signed a technical design agreement with ACES Property Development for a new hotel apartment project under its Dusit Princess brand in Dubai, UAE, said a report.

The agreement was signed by Kashif Shehzad, founding director - president, Aces and Suphajee Suthumpun, Group CEO, Dusit International in the presence of other officials.

The DusitPrincess ACES Dubai will be located in the Jumeirah Village Circle, and will be in close proximity to the new Al Makhtoum International Airport, the Palm Jumeirah, and other exciting shopping and entertainment venues, said a report in Gulf News.
