Wyndham Dubai Marina, the first Wyndham Hotels and Resorts hotel in the UAE, has launched its premium casual grill restaurant and bar, Range.

The new southern style grill restaurant is set to make a significant addition to the Dubai Marina social scene with its extensive Louisiana and TexMex menu, lively atmosphere and a number of themed nights to choose from.

Range’s ‘Ladies Night’ takes place on Wednesday nights between 8-11 pm offering all ladies a selection of three free beverages. Happy hour takes place daily between 6-8 pm with a number of beverages at Dh25 ($6.8) and every weekend will see a variety of live music bands entertaining guests.

Range offers a selection of the finest beef cuts all the way from Green Bay in the State of Wisconsin in America and Margaret River in Australia. Sourced from the highest quality breed and grade of beef, cuts range from Texas T-bone steak, New York sirloin steak, Tomahawk steak to Australian tenderloin fillet. All dishes are served with a choice of sauces and a number of enhancements such as sautéed baby spinach, roasted garlic mash potatoes and Tex-Mex quinoa. Guests can also enjoy dishes from the Skewer menu including tornado periperi Chicken, oven baked jambalaya and poached pompano fish and sea scallops. Vegetarians need not miss out with baked layered of corn patties, butternut squash, pinto beans gratined with cheesy salsa, vegetarian fajitas and salads available on the menu.  
 
Those with a sweet tooth can indulge in a number of treats from the Sweet Temptations menu. Desserts include the key lime pie with passion fruit sorbet, mouth-watering marbled pineapple cheesecake served with cinnamon wafers and clotted cream and a delicious warm sticky toffee pudding filled with chocolate croquants accompanied with sweet butter-scotch sauce.

Range is overseen by chef Jefferson Patricio who has over 11 years’ experience working in high-end steakhouses and South American and Chicago cuisine. Patricio and his extensive team will ensure that all guests have a truly divine culinary experience. Commenting on the opening, chef Patricio said: “Range showcases an innovative menu for meat lovers as well as those who prefer seafood or lighter dishes. Not only is this restaurant an ideal spot for in-house guests, it also takes prime position in the Dubai Marina for the local community looking for a new eatery.”
