Shangri-La Hotel, Dubai, a leading property in the UAE emirate, has named Craig Cook as its new resident manager.

An Australian national, Cook has worked extensively in hospitality having held positions in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and throughout Asia with Intercontinental, Marriott, Movenpick and Fairmont.

In his new role, Cook will be responsible for the hotel’s 492 hotel rooms, serviced apartments and private residences. – TradeArabia News Service
