Bahrain Airport Company (BAC) - the managing body of Bahrain International Airport (BIA), has temporarily closed BIA’s Car Park D from February 8 to 20, in line with ongoing construction works for the new airport terminal.

BAC is working closely with its facility management arm, BAC Facility Management (BAC FM) in addition to key BIA stakeholders to ensure minimum disruption is caused to passenger movement and effective alternative parking solutions are put in place.

To compensate for the closure of Car Park D, BAC will provide the “Overflow” car park as an alternative parking solution and will be increasing the provision of shuttle buses and the frequency of pick-ups and drop-offs to maintain speed of service.

Traveling passengers are advised to arrive early to the Airport to avoid any related delays.
