Le Méridien Bahrain City Centre unlocks Lego partnership

MANAMA, August 23, 2015

Le Méridien Bahrain City Centre, a luxurious property in the kingdom, has unlocked the hotel brand’s global Lego partnership with the launch of the Family Programme within the property.

Kids up to the age of 12 checking-in with their families this summer will be presented with a Lego kit as a welcome amenity to enjoy during their stay and take home as a keepsake from their travels.

"Travel broadens a child's perspective of the world, expanding inherently curious and creative-minds,” said Brian Povinelli, senior vice president, Global Brand Leader for Le Méridien and Westin.

The new family programme further drives creativity and education by outlining top attractions to explore in the country such as parks, animal reserves and other attractions that encourage learning and discovery.

“We strive to provide our guests an inspiring stay, not limited to children especially, and with the launch of this programme, we are able to facilitate families in providing an enriching and entertaining stay to their children as well,” said Klaus Niefer, general manager of Westin and Le Méridien Bahrain City Centre.

In support of the launch, the Lego mascot from City Centre Bahrain’s Lego city made an appearance at Le Méridien’s hotel lobby where kids engaged in a meet and greet.  They were also presented with little Lego edible chocolate blocks and Lego boxes as gifts. – TradeArabia News Service
