Ajman to promote emirate tourism in China

A roadshow promoting tourism to Ajman, UAE, in a number of Chinese cities was recently approved by Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, chairman of Ajman Tourism Development Department (ATDD), said a report.

Al Nuaimi highlighted the importance of exploring new markets to achieve the target of five million visitors to Ajman annually by 2021, in accordance with Ajman Vision 2021, said a report in WAM.

Al Nuami also noted the necessity of establishing new contact channels with stakeholders in every market, in order to adopt the proper promotional tool for each market.

The Ajman delegation, which will include representatives for a number of hotels, including Ajman Saray, Kempinski Ajman, the Ajman Palace, Fairmont Ajman, Ramada Beach, Ramada Hotel and Suites and the Crown Palace, in addition to a number of travel agencies, plan to visit Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing as part of the roadshow.

ATDD also plans to seek new markets in India and Central Europe, the report said.
