Le Méridien Dubai launches exclusive cookbook

Le Méridien Dubai Hotel and Conference Centre, a luxury property in the UAE emirate, has launched its ‘Secrets of Gourmet Cuisine’ cookbook, celebrating years of culinary fete across their 18 distinctly styled restaurants.
Secrets of Gourmet Cuisine has been personally designed by executive chef Pierrick Cizeron and his expert team of chefs at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel and Conference Centre, allowing gourmet food aficionados unprecedented access of the best dishes from every continent.
Ranjan Nadarajah, general manager, Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre, said: “It gives me immense pleasure to reveal this kaleidoscopic collection of scrumptious recipes from all over the world. I would like to extend gratitude to all those who have been a part of this project. We sincerely thank Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, president - Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, chairman and CEO – Emirates, chairman – Dubai Airports, Patron - Rashid Pediatric Therapy Centre; and Hesham Al Qassim, chief executive officer, Wasl Asset Management Group; for supporting the hotel in bringing out this culinary masterpiece.
