Big role for Four Seasons EMEA sales head

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has appointed Jane Burnell, Vice President (Sales) for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region to oversee the sales efforts and client relationships across the Americas.

A 14-year veteran of Four Seasons, Burnell currently leads Four Seasons sales activities throughout the EMEA region and will be taking over the new role of VP (Sales) for the Americas in April.

During her three years in the position she has been instrumental in growing Four Seasons business in the region and played a key collaborative role in global sales initiatives and worldwide partner programs, , said the top luxury hospitality company in a statement.
 
In April, Burnell will make the transition from Dubai to Toronto, where she will assume her new role overseeing sales efforts and client relationships across the Americas.

“This appointment is a testament to the deep bench strength and tenure within our sales organization,” says Jonathan Sicroff, Senior VP Global Sales. “It recognizes Jane’s extensive global experience across cultures and geographies and impressive ability to foster substantive relationships with our clients,” he noted.

Since joining Four Seasons Worldwide Sales Office London in 2000, Burnell’s career path has been marked by progressively senior positions that have taken her across the globe and included the management of five of Four Seasons 16 Worldwide Sales Offices.
