American Express Middle East (Amex) and Swiss-Belhotel International Middle East have entered into a new regional partnership which allows Amex card members access to special offers on room rates and food and beverage discounts.

Amex card members wishing to stay at any of Swiss-Belhotel International’s Middle East hotel or resort will receive a 15 per cent discount off the best available rate of the day, a statement said.

Alternatively, for those looking for a long weekend getaway or seeking accommodation for a three day business trip, card members can benefit from the exclusive “Pay 2 and Stay 3” offer whereby a free night’s stay is given for any two consecutive nights booked.

In addition to room rate discounts, American Express card members can benefit from 20 per cent discount on food and beverage at any Swiss-Belhotel International hotel restaurant, café and bar in the Middle East, according to the statement.

“As a hotel management company, we are always seeking ways to enhance our guests’ experience at our properties, and extending our services to a growing clientele base,” said Thomas Van Vliet, vice president for the Middle East region.

“This partnership will allow American Express card members who are existing guests to benefit from our superior services at preferential priority while increasing the awareness of our properties facilities and services.”
