Jumeirah to host customer forums

Dubai, May 25, 2008

Jumeirah, the dynamic and fast-growing Dubai based luxury hospitality group and member of Dubai Holding, is sending a team of senior colleagues to visit their partners in the region for a series of in-depth feedback forums to gain an even better understanding of this essential relationship.

Customer Focus is one of Jumeirah’s guiding principles and is therefore at the core of the group’s corporate philosophy to stay different, said an official spokesman.

Jumeirah Corporate Customer Forums will enable Jumeirah’s senior management team to listen to their partners and truly identify their individual needs in order to personalize and enhance relevance of the Group’s offerings in each market.

These occasions will also provide partners with the opportunity to meet senior management in the region and participate in round table discussions where their voices can be heard.  The feedback from these visits will be vital in helping shape the future direction of Jumeirah’s ambitious growth in the region.

“We are very excited to be visiting these cities and look forward to meeting our partners in person. We truly believe that it is important to sit down with our partners and listen to their invaluable feedback. As a Dubai based luxury hospitality group, our partners in the Middle East are very important to us and we see these visits as a great opportunity and fundamental to our success,” said senior vice-president Jumeirah Gulf Region Marco Nijhof.

The Jumeirah Corporate Customer Forums, which are taking place for second time, will visit key cities in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Egypt, Bahrain, Qatar and Jordan throughout the month of May. – TradeArabia News Service
