Boeing too wins mega deal

Dubai, November 12, 2007

Dubai-based DAE Capital said it had signed a letter of intent with Boeing to buy 100 aircraft valued at around $13.7 billion.

DAE Capital is an offshoot of public company Dubai Aerospace Enterprise.

The aircraft leasing company plans to expand its fleet of aircraft with this purchase comprising 70 Boeing 737s Next Generation aircraft and 30 wide-bodied planes, it said.
