Gait, a subsidiary of Trafalgar Luxury Group, has announced that it has changed its status from ‘Apple Premium Reseller’ to ‘Apple Premium Partner (APP)’.
Gait’s first APP store opened at Place Vendome Mall in Doha; its second APP store is located in Kuwait’s The Avenues mall. With these stores, Gait stands as the first Apple Premium Partner in the Gulf region, and the only one in Kuwait.
Gait’s stores offer a comprehensive range of Apple products, including Mac, iPhone, iPad, and various accessories. Additionally, they provide exclusive Apple services such as consulting with Apple experts, after-sales support, and trade-in services
Apple experts
The Gait team consists of Apple experts dedicated to assisting customers and providing a unique shopping experience. They offer not only a wide range of Apple products, but also exclusive services, including personalised assistance in selecting devices, device setup services, repair services, and comprehensive post-purchase support.
Gait also provides in-store workshops and demos to help customers maximise their Apple products' capabilities, along with trade-in services to facilitate easy upgrades by exchanging old devices for new ones.
Gait has recently introduced extended warranty options through GaitCare and GaitCare+ services, offering subscribers various warranty choices to access additional coverage for device repairs and compensation in case of loss or theft. The store also provides convenient installment plans, discounts, and corporate benefits.
Innovative products
Gait was launched in 2018 in Kuwait as the first and only Apple Premium Reseller in the country, offering customers Apple’s innovative products and solutions through its first store at The Avenues.
Since then, the company expanded with three more stores across the country, Al Kout Mall, 360 Mall, and Assima Mall, in addition to an online store.
