Emirati designer Reem Al Rawi is launching an exclusive new 'Heritage' collection for this Ramadan and Eid seasons bringing art and calligraphy to the world of fashion items and home accessories.

The limited-edition collections include unique modern home accessories just in time for Ramadan, along with calligraphy inspired statement fashion items which come in a variety of design and colour, said Al-Rawi, who is armed with a bachelor and master’s degrees in architecture from Carleton University.

The design pieces include bags, scarves and phone covers to complete the distinctive signature look for the season, she stated.

Al Rawi said: "Calligraphy and art of our culture are valuable aspects that capture the spirit of the holy month and the true meaning behind it. To include it in our daily appearance and home atmosphere creates a unique statement and a strong message of unity and peace during this special time."
