Dubai-based Wavetec, a global leader in customer experience solutions, has partnered with Muodot, a Finnish company specializing in product, industrial and service area design.

The partnership will provide both companies with an opportunity to share knowledge, resources and optimally designed service areas, to enhance user experience and visibility of products and services.

Wavetec’s queuing systems are already installed in a number of retail environments such as banks, airports, hospitals, telecoms, retail and government institutions. These technologies coupled with Muodot’s understanding of industrial and service area design will allow customers to engage with the products while learning about the different features and benefits that will best enhance their in-store experience.
