Tripp Lite, a leading manufacturer of power protection and connectivity solutions, has unveiled the USB 2.0 OTG (on-the-go) cables with a two-in-one connector.

A Tripp Lite exclusive, these new cables have a USB-A male connector combined with a retractable Micro-B male connector, said a statement.

The two-in-one connector will offer convenience and application flexibility not previously found in a single cable.

When the Micro-B connector is retracted, the cables act as standard USB cables. When the Micro-B connector is extended, the cables act as OTG cables and connect to OTG-compliant Micro-B devices, it said.
