Red Sea Mall partners with Alshaya for global brands

Red Sea Mall, a top shopping centre in Saudi Arabia, has partnered with Alshaya International Trading, a leading global franchise operator in the region, to open more international brands in the mall.

Mohammad Alawi, CEO of Red Sea Markets Company said: “We have decided to raise the standards of the Mall to the highest levels, in line with the status of the Red Sea Mermaid in the world as a tourist destination.”

“We are proud of our strong relations with Alshaya, the leading international franchise company in the Middle East. This partnership with Alshaya is part of our vision for expanding the Red Sea Mall to hold a wide range of shopping options and provide a delightful shopping experience,” Alawi added.

Wassim Arabi, chief executive officer of M H Alshaya, said: “Alshaya operates over 2,600 stores and employs over 40,000 employees. Today we usher in a new era of partnerships, through which we expand our presence in the Saudi market, capitalizing on the increasing customer base in the Kingdom. We plan to open more brands at the Red Sea Mall, one of the most important malls in the Kingdom.”

There are more than 2,000 shopping centres in Saudi Arabia, with investments amounting to over 50 billion riyals, according to Mohammad Alawi. – TradeArabia News Service
