Samsung Electronics said it has launched its new 2014 UHD curved TV lineup in Jordan including the world’s first Curved Ultra High Definition (UHD) TV,  in co-operation with Hikmat Yassin Sons & Company.

The groundbreaking technology takes viewers one step closer to reality, with its advanced technology and sophisticated design, said a company statement.

“At Samsung, we understand that the home entertainment experience is valued highly by our customers, and as such we are excited to introduce them to an unparalleled viewing experience, never seen before”, said Bumsuk Hong, the president of Samsung Electronics Levant.

“Our new lineup of curved and UHD TVs brings together exceptional design and picture quality, offering an immersive experience like no other," he noted.

Samsung Curved UHD lineup (U9000) will be available in the following sizes: 78”, 65”, 55 inches, while the Samsung UHD lineup (U8500) will be available in five screen sizes, 65”, 60”, 55” and 48 inches.
