Record turnout at Bahrain Autumn Fair

A total of 191,188 people visited this year's Autumn Fair in Bahrain - the highest figure in at least four years.
The attendance yesterday was 31, 336, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.
The event was so successful that several stallholders sold all their goods two days before the expo closed yesterday.
More than 750 exhibitors from 21 countries took part in the nine-day event.
"The show was more successful than we expected," said Arabian Exhibition Management project manager Mohammed Ebrahim.
