Arabian Oud tops with 1.3m 'Likes' on Facebook

Arabian Oud, a leading perfume retailer in the Middle East, reached 1.3 million 'Likes' on its Facebook page, ranking number one in the ‘Top Facebook Page – Retail Sector.’

Social Watchlist, a body that monitors official Facebook pages across the Mena region, said the company’s page received 2.7 per cent viewer engagement, that is, the number of people talking about the page versus the number of likes.

The ranking underscores Arabian Oud’s success in staying close to its customers, informing them about new products and trends, and to getting constant feedback to improve and develop products through various social media channels, said a statement.

Social Watchlist is an independent website that provides marketing, social media and other professional data for monitoring the activities of the official Facebook pages of leading brands in the Mena region. Thousands of reputable brands, products and businesses from the region are listed on the website where the statistics are updated on a weekly basis taken directly from Facebook.
