Xerox has launched new colour multifunction printers (MFPs) equipped with a dozen features designed to help mid-sized businesses boost productivity and meet their sustainability goals.

The Xerox WorkCentre 7545 and WorkCentre 7556 color MFPs offer colour print speeds up to 45 and 50 pages per minute (ppm) and 45 and 55 ppm black and white, respectively. The MFPs, which can copy, scan, fax and e-mail, include advanced document management and workflow tools to make office work easier, a statement said.

“Xerox continues to introduce new products that respond to today’s fast-paced, changing work environment,” said Dan Smith, general manager for integrated marketing, Xerox, MEA (DMO).

“These new MFPs offer better ways to manage documents, making our customers more productive and efficient, and ultimately, more competitive,” he added.

The MFPs offer four features and software tools including image quality with 1200 x 2400 dpi output resolution, Color by Words, a colour-editing tool that allows for accurate colours on the first print, optional EFI fiery print server which provides graphic arts capabilities and accelerated print processing that routes jobs to appropriate MFPs and user permissions that can be set to ensure only authorised users have access to color printing. – TradeArabia News Service
