Moshi, Pro Tech unveil in-ear headphones
Dubai, August 30, 2010
Moshi Audio, a group of audio enthusiasts, in collaboration with its ME partner Pro TECHnology, has released its in-ear headphones aimed at delivering bass with extraordinary detail.
The Vortex units consist of high-efficiency Neodymium drivers housed in sintered steel alloy which minimize cavity-induced coloration. This design not only vastly improves low frequency extension, but also renders silky smooth highs, a statement said.
Vortex’s lighter cable/heavier driver weight distribution ratio enables the drivers to fit securely in the ears even when the cable is fully extended eliminating the chance of the in-ear headphones’ falling out.
Vortex eludes the right mix of security and comfort as it comes with three different sizes of hybrid-injection silicone ear tips as well as a set of memory-foam ear tips for optimal listening experience.
The cable coil & headset holder that comes along with the retail pack allows for easy carriage and hassle free mobility for the users. It is also equipped with an iPhone compatible microphone for answering calls on the fly while listening to your favorite tunes.
“Moshi Vortex is an extra ordinary illumination in the audio industry, which not just offers sound clarity and quality but also seeks to ensure a comfortable, secure and enjoyable listening experience,” said Ribi Kenneth, Manager - retail distribution, Pro TECHnology, Dubai.
“This will also be a boon for the iPhone users due to its microphone integration feature. Above all, the attention to detail given by Moshi Vortex to enhance every feature, makes the overall listening process worthwhile,” he added.
Vortex, which is expected to retail in the UAE for Dh335 ($91.20), will be available with Pro TECHnology by the end of August 2010 and will be housed with all major Apple stores, the statement said. – TradeArabia News Service
