Shoe Mart, the leading fashion footwear retailer, recently launched its 25th regional store with a brand new retail concept at The Dubai Mall.

The store, which spans 8912 sq ft, boasts a unique layout and is designed featuring distinctive niches for Shoe Mart’s in-house brands and international franchises.

“The Dubai Mall is a key retail location in the Middle East and being part of this iconic retail development in the Middle East is of great importance and pride, ” said Manu Jeswani, chief executive, Shoe Mart.

The new store showcases Shoe Mart’s latest Autumn/Winter 09 collection which includes men, women and children's footwear along with handbags and accessories in a range of designs and styles.

The store has been designed by Italian designer Zero Uno to reflect the global vision of Shoe Mart and takes inspiration from the concept of modernism and individuality for each brand concurrently, he added.

Every brand identity is reinforced through its unique coloured wall papers offset by the curved ceilings' prime use of black and white which are Shoe Mart’s staple colours of the logo.

Shoe Mart now has a network of 25 stores in the UAE and approximately 80 in the Middle East.-TradeArabia News Service
