Verbatim, a data storage technology leader, has launched three high-comfort headsets for VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) telephony, and a series of eight earphones in three different designs for listening on the go.

Verbatim’s new headsets offer the equipment for Internet telephony via Skype, MSN or other providers. During the development of the “multimedia headphones”, which feature a flexible, adjustable boom microphone, particular attention was paid to ensuring comfort.

The eight new earphones come in three models: “SecureClip”, “Flexi Hook” and “Sound Isolating”.

Verbatim’s new 2.1 multimedia portable speaker system features a silky-black, rubberised surface and can be easily transported. The compact loudspeaker system is especially suitable for mobile equipment such as MP3 players, portable CD and DVD players and laptops, and can also be connected via a power pack to the home computer.

The USB speaker system, which is larger than the portable version, has a stylish “piano-effect” lacquered surface and is ideal for a desktop. It supports the direct connection of headphones thanks to the integrated 3.5 mm jack and also features a volume and mute switch.
