Largest Mothercare store opens in Dubai Mall

The largest international Mothercare store opened in Dubai Mall with a day long celebration of children and family entertainment, marking the 25th anniversary of the brand’s presence in the region.

Mothercare Dubai Mall is the 136th in the region and occupies over 1314 sqm on the Mall’s second floor close to the food court.

It is the largest Mothercare store outside the UK and offers mothers to be, babies, and young children a complete one stop shop where they can buy anything from pushchairs to car seats, cots to bedding, feeding bottles to nappies, as well as high-end fashion for children from 0 to 10 years.

The new flagship store offers many brands and products available for the first time in the Middle East.

'This is our twenty-eighth store in the UAE. Mothercare Dubai Mall is our first flagship concept store in the region, offering our customers a fantastic new look and feel,' stated Stuart Dickerson, Mothercare business director, M H Alshaya Co.

'It offers our largest range of pushchairs, car seats and nursery products as well as an extensive range of specialist clothing.'

'Featuring within the clothing range is Baby K, a sumptuous range of baby clothes and accessories designed by British celebrity musician and new mum Myleene Klass.'

The new store also provides exclusive services such as free home delivery, product demonstrations, furniture assembling and a personal shopper to guide you through the store.

The store boasts a vast array of international brands including Philips and Avent feeding products, Bugaboo and Quinny pushchairs, Maxi Cosi car seats, Stokke pushchairs / highchairs and Boori furniture, as well as exclusive Maclaren products.

Mothercare has introduced for the first time in the Middle East, the stylish British pushchair range by Silver Cross – exclusive to Mothercare Middle East, this fantastic new range offers the customers a contemporary selection of home and travel products.

The store entered the region in 1983 in partnership with Kuwait-based M H Alshaya Co, the leading franchise operator of over 40 international retail brands.-TradeArabia News Service
