SouqExtra!, the UAE’s first chain of community supercentres, has added Al Ain to its network.

The new 15,000sqft outlet is coming up in Al Batheen area.

The Dh40 million ($10.8m) outlet will be ready for commercial operations in September next year, said founding and managing director Saleh Lootah.

Located close to the airport, the outlet will offer 25 major services, including laundry, pharmacy, coffee shops and gymnasium. It will have parking spaces for 125 cars.

“Our foray into Al Ain is in tune with our strategy of opening countrywide outlets in the UAE,” he said.

“Our plan is to cover all the emirates, and then expand into other Gulf countries, where a number of potential partners are negotiating with us.” – Trade Arabia News Service
