i2 launches Nokia’s N95-8GB

Dubai, November 26, 2007

The new Nokia N95-8GB has been launched across the Gulf countries by i2, a major mobile phone provider in the region.

With 8GB of memory, the N95-8GB gives users plenty of space for their songs, pictures, and videos.  A built-in GPS makes the phone even more convenient by making it easy for users to reach their locations, offering maps for over 150 countries, city guides, and voice navigation.

Nokia’s N95-8GB offers a 2.8 inch sleek screen with a new two-way slide.  The larger screen makes browsing the Internet more comfortable and adds more excitement to the entertainment features on the phone.  The phone offers Nokia Music Store, which gives access to over a million songs and the N-Gage games, enabling users to try games before purchasing them, said a spokesman.

The phone has a 5-mega-pixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics, which also allows users to capture video clips and store up to 20 hours of video.

Jihad El Eit, senior vice president marketing of i2, said: “The N95-8GB takes our selection onto a new level.  With a larger display compared to other phones and the addition of a GPS system and great entertainment value, the phone sets a standard in the mobile world.  We are excited about having such a unique and powerful product and having the opportunity to share it with our customers.”

Along with the range of new features added on the phone, the N95-8GB still continues to have the regular smart phone features Nokia phones offer. -TradeArabia News Service
