South Pars gas condensate output hits record high

TEHRAN, November 27, 2017

Phases 6, 7 and 8 of the South Pars Gas Field in southern Iran produced record 18 million barrels between March and September, a report said.

The refinery also supplied 390 million cu m, 1.2 million cu m and 870 million cu m of sour gas to the first (Phase 1), second (phases 2 and 3) and fifth (phases 9 and 10) refineries of the complex, respectively, during the period, Behzad Salari, caretaker of the 4th refinery of South Pars Gas Complex (SPGC),was quoted as saying by Iran Daily, which cited Shana.

Salari added that the refinery also produced 139,000 tons of propane and 105,000 tons of butane in the same period.
