South Pars Phase 19 revenue tops $3bn

TEHRAN, September 19, 2017

Revenues from natural gas and condensates in Phase 19 of Iran’s South Pars Gas Field exceeded $3 billion since gas extraction and processing in the phase began in April 2016, a report said.

The phase has produced 13.05 million barrels of gas condensates since becoming operational, Iran Daily reported, citing Shana.

In addition, 11 billion cu m of gas extracted from the phase were sweetened and injected into the national network, the report added.

The offshore section of the phase has four gas platforms each with an extraction capacity of 14 million cu m.
