Kuwait halts oil exports due to bad weather
KUWAIT, April 12, 2016
Kuwait has stopped exporting oil from all of its ports due to bad weather, spokesman Khaled Al-Asousi from state-run Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) told Reuters on Tuesday.
Kuwait was hit by a dust storm on Tuesday morning that caused poor visibility. - Reuters
