Renault offers two-year warranty for truck parts

DUBAI, April 2, 2018

Renault Trucks, a leading provider of a range of commercial vehicles for distribution, heavy construction and long haul segment, has announced that all customers will get a two-year warranty on parts that are fitted through an authorised Renault Trucks workshop.

It applies to Renault Trucks genuine parts, eXchange parts (spare parts re-manufactured in accordance with very strict industrial processes) and all Renault Trucks accessories.

Renault Trucks has been present in the Middle East for over 40 years and is now available in 13 of the region’s countries with 149 bases in the Africa and Middle East region.

Through this two-year warranty, without any restriction on mileage, the manufacturer offers customers both protection and peace of mind, said a statement from the company.

The offer is valid in all countries, at all authorised Renault Trucks workshops, it added.

Renault Trucks Middle East VP Gregoire Blaise said: "Our two-year warranty on all fitted parts emphasises our confidence in the quality, reliability and robustness of our Renault Trucks products and the first-class service support delivered by our dealer network."

Under this warranty, faulty parts will be replaced free of charge by an authorised Renault Trucks workshop, he stated.

"Labour costs and breakdown assistance, if required, are also covered, as are any costs incurred through consequential damage to other components," noted Blaise.

Renault Trucks' genuine and eXchange parts ensure optimal vehicle performance and enable maintenance costs to be carefully controlled.

They are designed and certified according to specifications complying with the strictest standards in terms of reliability, safety and the environment, he added.

Building the legacy of the French truck industry know-how, Renault Trucks has been supplying transport professionals with robust tools and robust relationships since 1894.

With an aim to reduce operational costs for its customers, Renault Trucks provide a range of commercial vehicles for distribution, construction, heavy construction, long haul as well as after-market products and support. All Renault Trucks models are produced in France.

Globally, Renault Trucks is present in more than 100 countries with 1,600 sales and service points.-TradeArabia News Service
