Majid Al Futtaim, a leading shopping mall, retail and leisure pioneer across the Middle East and North Africa (Mena) region, has signed a deal with Dubai Taxi Corporation (DTC), a part of the Roads and Transport Authority, to provide a limousine service to its Mall of the Emirates, City Centre Deira and City Centre Mirdif customers.

 

The agreement was signed by Fuad Mansoor Sharaf, senior director – Property Management, Shopping Malls for Majid Al Futtaim and Dr Yousef Al Ali, managing director, DTC, in presence of senior executives from both parties.

 

“Our agreement with DTC to provide a Limousine service to our customers further exemplifies Majid Al Futtaim’s commitment to offer the best services available. This distinguished service introduces another level in our customer service offerings as we deliver a 360-degree approach to the shopping experience. Visitors can arrive at the mall via multiple transportation options, shop at our unrivalled mix of retail stores, dine in renowned food and beverage outlets, enjoy the world-class family entertainment centres, and then depart the mall with ease using the new Limousine service,” said Sharaf.

The fleet of luxury chauffeur driven vehicles will offer a comfortable and private mode of transport to and from the malls. 

 

The visitors can avail from the service by booking via the dedicated Customer Care Representatives located within the malls.

 

“This agreement highlights the importance of establishing partnerships with the businesses in the private sector with the aim to enhance the services offered to the public, and in this case, deliver a premium and exclusive service," said Dr Al Ali.

 

"Through this agreement, DTC will offer exclusive Limousine services at Majid Al Futtaim shopping malls in Dubai - City Centre Deira, City Centre Mirdif and Mall of the Emirates – with a dedicated lane for the fleet staffed with professional drivers and customer care teams from DTC," he said.

 

“Currently, the limousine service serves multiple and important strategic long-term partners such as Dubai Airports and DWTC.
