Ebrahim K Kanoo, the sole distributor of Toyota and Lexus in Bahrain, recently hosted a four-day workshop titled ‘Vehicle Damage Assessment’ which was conducted by an international instructor from the UK.

Several of its employees took part in the workshop which was held at the Toyota Plaza in Tubli region.

The programme was aimed at providing the latest skills in quality vehicle damage assessment techniques and to improve knowledge required to determine vehicle damage and identify the correct safe repair method to return the vehicle back to its pre-accident condition, said a statement from the company.

A total of six estimators and service advisors from different body and paint centres at Ebrahim K Kanoo attended the workshop, it added.

The workshop provided better understanding of how to accurately record vehicle details, specification and condition in addition to evaluating the vehicle damage and compiling repair specifications and time schedules, said the company in a statement.

Ebrahim K Kanoo said it continues to support its employees training requirements and helps them enrol in professional training courses inside and outside the company. – TradeArabia News Service
