ADFCA studies Dubai Customs’ new management system

DUBAI, January 3, 2019

A delegation from the Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority (ADFCA) recently visited Dubai Customs (DC) to learn about the best practices implemented in its new corporate strategic planning and performance management system.

The programme titled ‘Masar’ is aimed at automating the process of corporate strategy, operational plans and KPIs update and development across the organization.

A team from DC’s strategy and corporate excellence department welcomed the delegation and walked them through Masar’s objectives, processes and mechanisms that make the program a truly integrated single window system for organizing all aspects of strategic planning and performance management.

The visit is part of the two organizations’ ongoing commitment to reinforcing mutual cooperation and benchmarking through knowledge transfer and sharing of expertise in various areas of strategy, information technology, service automation and business development. – TradeArabia News Service
