Emirates Industry for Camel Milk and Products (Camelicious ) plans to unveil an array of innovative products based on camel milk at the upcoming Gulfood 2017, the world’s largest food and beverage exhibition in Dubai, UAE.

The event is taking place between February 26 and March 2  at Dubai World Trade Center.

Saeed Juma Bin Subaih, general manager of Emirates Industry for Camel Milk and Products said: “We are proud to be part of the participating national companies. During the exhibition we will be launching new products that are made from the best quality camel milk in the world. We are always looking forward to new collaboration with international distribution companies in the field of FMCG; plus experts in the hospitality sector.”

Mutasher Al Badri, deputy general manager & business development manager of Emirates Industry for Camel Milk and Products said: “Through our participation in Gulfood we are looking to strengthen our position in the local and international markets.

“We are always looking to shed the light on international quality standards which we follow in making of all our products. Camelicious is planning to launch a huge variety of new camel milk products including the instant camel milk powder. This will be available in the local market as well as in Netherland, North America and more. We intend to follow it by more products in the future.”

The milk production at the EICMP facilities is closely monitored matching the highest international standards. The operation obtained ISO 22000 certification for both the farm facilities and the dairy processing, and follows HACCP procedures. The whole operation fulfils the strict EU requirements for export into the European Union, in addition to Malaysia and Russia. – TradeArabia News Service
