A charity initiative that feeds thousands of families and labourers in Bahrain is planning to organise an event every month this year to spread awareness. It has also partnered with a restaurant to promote the campaign. ‘Feed the Need’ has placed 20 fridges on street corners around the country where people can donate food and the needy can help themselves, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.
