Bahrain is set to make a final decision on the axing of electricity and water subsidies for expatriates following more than two months of negotiations.

Energy Minister Dr Abdulhussain Mirza said that the government would present its plans on Thursday after one final round of talks with parliament, reported the Gulf Daily News, our sister publication.
