Dubai Courts offers ‘smart’ notary services at home
DUBAI, December 7, 2015
Dubai Courts has unveiled its latest smart service ‘Intikal’ that provides notary public services to customers at home, without having to visit notary public centres in Dubai, UAE.
“Dubai Courts is keen to raise the happiness index of customers, by simplifying and accelerating litigation services,” said Tarish Eid Al Mansouri, director-general of Dubai Courts.
“This is in line with the vision of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, for the ‘Dubai Smart Government’ initiative. The new ‘Intikal’ service allows customers to complete their transactions from anywhere in Dubai round the clock.”
The ‘Intikal’ initiative reflects the relentless efforts of Dubai Courts to spread happiness, achieve highest satisfaction rates in government performance, and simplify its services across the Emirate of Dubai.
‘Intikal’ is a new innovative initiative where a notary public visits customers anywhere in Dubai to take their signatures and complete their transactions.
“This service represents Dubai Courts’ innovative approach in implementing the vision of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum who said: ‘Our goal is to provide 7-star services and we are geared to compete with the private sector in providing services of global standards.’ ‘Intikal’ will guarantee customer’s satisfaction, by allowing them to complete the transactions in their own time from any place,” added Al Mansouri.
This is a valuable addition to the e-Notary service, an electronic customer transaction service that has received an overwhelming response from customers as it facilitated their transactions.
“We are keen in Dubai Courts to serve the customer at his home or office. We always remain up to date with technical developments taking place in the world to achieve the vision of leadership in the smart government transition,” said Al Mansouri.
This service comes at a time when the majority of Dubai Courts services are available through smart channels round the clock. Customers can now follow-up their transactions through smart devices, without taking the trouble to come to the headquarters of Dubai Courts.
“We continue our efforts to provide the best legal services to our customers and deliver justice at people’s doorstep. We are marching confidently toward implementing the ‘Dubai Plan 2021,’ which aims to build a government that is ‘proactive and creative in fulfilling the needs of individuals and society as a whole’. We are also working on providing judicial and legal services in accordance with the highest international standards. The ‘Intikal’ service is a milestone in our march towards excellence,” added Al Mansouri. – TradeArabia News Service
