Changes have been made to Bahrain’s Cabinet, with the number of ministries reduced from 18 to 16. The Social Development Ministry and the Labour Ministry have been merged under Minister Jameel Humaidan, while Information Affairs Minister Isa Al Hammadi will also take on the role of Parliament and Shura Council Affairs Minister, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.
