Bahrain police undergo training to detect forgeries

Conmen using advanced technologies to forge documents have prompted Bahrain’s police force to undergo special training in fraud detection. A team of experts has attended intense courses and workshops abroad to be able to spot sophisticated forgeries made using complex chemistry and advanced printing techniques, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.
