Bahrain to launch machine to check tobacco products

A new machine that checks if tobacco products are poisonous will be officially launched in Bahrain. The specialised unit, called the ‘Cigarette Smoking Machine’, costs around BD150,000 ($395,090) and is used to check tobacco products such as cigarette and moassel (tobacco used in sheesha), said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.
