Sadia strengthens relationship within hospitality sector

Sadia, a pioneer in the frozen food industry, took part in a leading culinary competition, aimed at further strengthening its relationship with its business partners and industry peers.
The firm was the platinum sponsor at the recently concluded fourth East Coast Open International Culinary Competition organised by Miramar Al Aqah Beach Resort and East Coast Chefs under the advice and guidance of Emirates Culinary Guild, said a statement.
The event was attended by top hoteliers, food and beverage (F&B) specialists and guests from across the UAE and around the world.
It totalled to 263 competitors, with 23 judges locally and internationally, and 23 marshals from top hotels in the region.
At the end of the competition, Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai took home the Grand Slam Championship Trophy winning the majority of competition categories such as ‘Best Three Plated Dessert International Trophy’, ‘Best Three Plated Dessert Arabic Trophy’, ‘Best Gastronomist Trophy’ and ‘Best Pastry Chef Trophy’ totaling 11 gold, seven silver and seven bronze awards.
Meanwhile, Sadia showcased its products and positioned the brand as a favourite among people at large. - TradeArabia News Service
