Paul Bakery & Restaurant wins ‘Best Café’ award

Paul Bakery and Restaurant, has been crowned for the second time as the ‘Best Café’ of the year by the BBC Good Food Middle East Awards 2014 in the casual dining category.
The awards ceremony took place at the Conrad Hotel recently, where the cafe was was acknowledged above the other top 10 finalists including popular hangouts such as The Lime Tree Café, More Café, Café Bateel and BookMunch, said a statement.
It consisted of three rounds, first two based on consumer voting and final one on a strict judging panel of industry experts.
Three establishments made it to the final round of the award selection process including local favorites Angelina and Jones the Grocer but Paul Bakery & Restaurant was recognised by the jury as the ultimate winner of the category.
