The Canadian Beef was launched at the Prime Steakhouse restaurant at InterContinental Doha The City recently.

The hotel welcomes André Dubois, Canada’s Ambassador to Qatar, for the launch, said a statement.

Canada Beef, the industry association, also organised on the same day a beef workshop and seminar where chefs of five-star hotels and food and beverage managers were invited to learn about the Canadian Beef advantage.

Guests had the opportunity to taste different beef prime cuts and veal with special menu prepared by InterContinental Doha The City executive chef Emmanuel Pauliat.
