Bahrainis 'happy with eGA services'

A record 90 per cent of Bahraini citizens are satisfied with the standard of services available on the e-Government portal, said a survey.
According to a survey conducted by a US foundation, the quality of eGA services has exceeded 75 per cent,” remarked eGA chief executive Mohammed Al Qaed.
He also unveiled plans to add 40 new e-services on the portal every year to consolidate Bahrain’s global standing.
He announced that an e-Gulf portal will be launched in March next year and will serve all GCC nationals.-TradeArabia News Service
