Saudi sets up panel on labour disputes

Saudi Arabia has set up a a 21-member commission to settle labour disputes in the kingdom, a report said.
The decision was taken by the Cabinet meeting, chaired by Prince Muqrin, second deputy premier, held yesterday, said the Arab News report.
The Cabinet also renewed its commitment to crack down on extremism and attempts to politicise Islam for partisan reasons. It backed the Ministry of Interior’s deadline given to Saudi fighters abroad to surrender in 15 days and return to their homeland, the report said.
