Former undefeated light heavyweight champion Joe Calzaghe will visit Bahrain next month.

The retired Welsh professional boxer, who is also the longest-reigning super middleweight champion in history, will share anecdotes from his long career and the world of boxing in general at the Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel, Residence and Spa on April 10, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.

Tickets for the event, called 'An Evening with Joe Calzaghe', cost BD30 ($78) and include entertainment by a UK comedian, a live band and a boxing memorabilia auction.
