Norton Rose Fulbright moves London head to Dubai

Dubai, March 9, 2014

Global legal practice Norton Rose Fulbright has moved its London head of real estate disputes partner Charlotte Bijlani to its office in Dubai.

Patrick Bourke, head of Middle East dispute resolution and the Dubai DIFC office, said: “We are delighted that Charlotte will be joining us in Dubai and building on our existing strong disputes platform.

“Charlotte’s role in the Middle East will enable us to further capitalise on the increasing trend and appetite we are seeing for dispute resolution expertise in the region.”
 
Meanwhile, David Stevens will join the London team as a  disputes partner specialising in contentious real estate.

Stevens joins from Maples Teesdale, where he was a partner. He was previously an associate at Norton Rose Fulbright from 1996 to 2004.

Deirdre Walker, head of dispute resolution and litigation, Europe, Middle East and Asia, said: “We look forward to welcoming David back to the team, his broad experience in real estate disputes will contribute to the continued recognition of the London practice.
